Stephen Parker is Kearney’s Chief Human Resources Officer and head of talent management. Based in New York, Stephen oversees the firm’s talent lifecycle and learning programs. Originally from Liverpool—but a diehard Everton fan—Stephen began his career as a rugby player, despite being armed with a degree in physics from Imperial College in London. As the injuries mounted, his day job—a career in banking and management consulting—became his focus. His career has taken him around the world, with stints in London, New York, and Chicago and provided opportunities to work with clients in places as varied as Durban and Des Moines, Sao Paolo and St. Petersburg, and Mumbai and Manchester.
