Expert on policies to deliver a net zero carbon economy by 2050, inclusive growth in a changing world of technology and the role of business in raising prosperity around the UK. Interest in inclusion at work, policies to address intergenerational inequality, and global coordination on trade and the environment. Previously Head of Emerging Markets at Oxford Economics with a focus on China and global trade flows. Nine years with Bank of England working for the Monetary Policy Committee and on Financial Stability including 2004-06, seconded to the International Monetary Fund, Washington DC. Active member of the Forum of Young Global Leaders, nominated in 2012. Co-Chair of the WEF's Young Global Leader Taskforce on the Circular Economy.
