Since 1998, with Unilever: held marketing and sales roles; then various general management roles, including Chairman, Iglo-Mora Group Holland, instrumental in setting up the One Unilever organization; five years in Beijing and Shanghai; Chairman, Walls China; 1995-98, Prague, managing Eastern European foods business; 2005-09, Global Head, Ice Cream Category, Rome, developed a repeatable growth model for emerging markets; former Chairman, Benelux, and Dutch Unilever companies; currently President, ASEAN and Australasia, Unilever Asia. Interests: running marathons; collecting Chinese art.
