Claudia Juech is Associate Vice President, and Managing Director for Strategic Research at the Rockefeller Foundation. She manages a team tasked with identifying and distilling emergent opportunities to inform Foundation-wide strategy and areas of programmatic work. Over the past few years, she has led many new ventures—such as the creation of an international “Searchlight” network of trend monitoring grantees—that have enabled Rockefeller to apply a foresight lens, anticipate global shifts, and move nimbly to address pressing problems.
