Christie Hunter Arscott is an experienced advisor and strategist, specializing in country-level, organizational and individual advancement strategies for the next generation of women leaders.

As an independent advisor (current) and Deputy Leader of Deloitte Consulting’s National Diversity & Inclusion Service Offering (former), Christie has helped clients across industries and sectors recruit, retain and advance critical workforce segments, including women, millennials and diverse talent. Her clients have included Fortune 100 companies, Big Four professional services firms, national governments, leading talent research bodies and Ivy League institutions, among others. Her client work has spanned geographies – including, North America, South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Bermuda and the Caribbean.

On the research front, Christie broke new ground as one of the first Rhodes Scholars to pursue a Master’s Degree in Women’s Studies at the University of Oxford, where she researched women and gendered leadership styles. Christie completed a second Master’s degree in Comparative Social Policy, focused on the impact of family-friendly policies on women’s participation in the workforce. Christie’s research and writing have been featured by the World Economic Forum, London Business School Review, Forbes, Diversity Executive, Bersin by Deloitte, The Rhodes Project, the ARK Group and the International Consortium for Executive Development Research.
