Andrew has interests in strategy, finance and social impact. He joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate upon completing the Oxford MBA on a full scholarship.

After completing a Finance Honours degree at UWA, Andrew started off his career in strategy consulting with PwC in Perth, focusing on the mining and healthcare sectors. He then moved into the non-profit sector, joining a newly formed Strategy team at Brightwater Care Group, one of WA's larger providers of aged care and disability services.

A CFA charterholder, Andrew has prior exposure to investment banking in Hong Kong, venture capital in Silicon Valley, financial markets in London and Singapore, and has published academic research on asset pricing. Andrew also has prior military experience, serving in the Singapore Army.

Andrew is an active member of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. In his spare time he is a coffee roaster, scuba diver, IRONMAN, and aspiring musician with performance and recording experience.
